Split August 2, August 14, and August 27 into separate routes

The New Legend of White Snake crossover begins on August 2. Po Zhu: Zun, a new style built from Drunken Fist and Dual Blades, arrives on August 14. Zhaoying Temple launches globally at 00:00 on August 27. Give each date a separate session: story and event objectives, a short weapon loop, then a dedicated solo clue route.

Hangzhou also expands west with Lingyin Temple, Feilai Peak, Quyuan Garden, and Viewing Fish at Flower Harbor. On the first visit, connect recognizable landmarks to a return point before adding the Bamboo Sea stronghold or another combat objective.

  • August 2: clear the crossover entry and event objectives without changing the weapon plan at the same time.
  • August 14: compare Po Zhu: Zun against the existing opener on one unchanged Qingzhou Boundary Stone loop.
  • August 27: reserve a full session for Zhaoying Temple and keep routine dailies out of the first exploration run.

Zhaoying Temple: solo clues, taboos, and multi-run progress

Zhaoying Temple is a solo folklore-horror stage built around rules. The goal is to find exit clues without violating taboos, and the stage supports multiple runs. On the first run, follow one route: label each fork, read each rule prompt before interacting, and record the last safe interaction plus the exit direction.

After a failed run, record the last clue, the last interaction, and the fork immediately before the failure. On the next run, preserve the route to that point and change only the final interaction or branch; this isolates one taboo trigger instead of changing the route, order, and interaction at once.

  • At each fork, identify a landmark before choosing which clue to follow.
  • After a taboo failure, preserve the early route and change only the last interaction.
  • Use the dedicated horror presentation settings when the effects make clues harder to read.

Bamboo Sea stronghold: turn dozens of units into a retreatable route

The Bamboo Sea stronghold will split its full stage into dozens of independent units, each with its own scene, fight, or puzzle mechanic, and will let players choose the route. On entry, identify the way back, the next exit, and the current mechanic before committing to another unit.

When a unit stalls on a fight or puzzle, return to the last completed unit and take another visible exit. If there is no second exit, preserve supplies and end the attempt instead of spending repeatedly in the same unit. Once the route forms a readable map, keep the branch toward Choulingke (愁铃客) for the final push.

  • Treat completed units as retreat points and keep one clear entrance for every unresolved unit.
  • Keep disengage stamina for combat units; clear interference before touching puzzle interactions.
  • If two branches fail, return one full unit and change exits instead of restarting in place.

1-3 player PVE: choose jobs before linked affixes

Large PVE will support 1-3 players. Its pool will contain 100+ linked affixes, while the outside loadout will combine 6 basic martial arts, 9 weapon forms, and 80+ special effects. Choose one damage engine and one survival engine first, then take affixes that reinforce those jobs instead of collecting unrelated effects.

Solo players can anchor the opener with Nameless Sword or Nameless Spear and add one disengage or sustain tool. In duos and trios, Strategic Sword can open control, Heavenquaker Spear can spend one burst window, and Panacea Fan or Soulshade Umbrella can cover recovery and re-entry. Add Ribbon Drum or Silkbind when tempo or cleanup is the actual gap.

  • Burst ends early: shorten the sequence and stop taking affixes that require a long uninterrupted window.
  • The party falls during entry: move one damage slot to Panacea Fan or Soulshade Umbrella support.
  • Adds interrupt the main target: reserve Silkbind control or Ribbon Drum tempo for the next wave.

Run these two current 2.7.5A routes first

The July 25 fix corrected charged-skill targeting distance for Nameless Sword. Run the same Qingzhou Boundary Stone mob loop with one charged opener, keep enough stamina to leave when the second group joins, then decide whether it returns to the fixed starter route.

Duchenxu now has a pity mechanic that raises the red-quality search chance after repeated misses, plus more indoor chests. Yaowuxing (杳无形) grants brief combat invisibility but disables attacks against other players while hidden. Players inside an extraction zone cannot be assassinated, and the Jue Ming Tu (绝命途) boundary-stone extraction now opens after 300 seconds instead of 180.

  • After repeated red-quality misses, continue through a short indoor-chest route instead of circling weak outdoor stops.
  • Use Yaowuxing (杳无形) to break contact and reposition; queue no attack during concealment.
  • Plan Jue Ming Tu (绝命途) around the 300-second opening and hold inside the no-assassination extraction area.
  • Jianghu Yi supports solo AI matches and shorter scenario challenges; use a scenario when the session is too short for a full match.
